Answer: Always call your insurance provider and verify your coverage. Most often if you pay a deductible when you visit your primary care physician you will also have to pay a co-pay for Behavioral Health counseling. Be sure to check to see if you have met your deductible. If not, you will most likely have to pay for the session out-of-pocket.
Answer: If your insurance company denies your payment, you will be responsible for the FULL cost of the session.
Answer: No. Since we do not accept all insurance companies, call your insurance company to verify your coverage as well as the mental health provider.
Answer: No. Insurance companies will only pay for services if there is a mental health diagnosis.
Answer: Yes. In most cases, we can process your payment using your FSA or HSA card either by phone or on our website.
Answer: Yes. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay a minimum $50 no show fee. The no show fee must be paid before you can be rescheduled.
Answer: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you paid online, payments are non-refundable. You can reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if requested at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
